Using corpus as an educational tool!  Hi there, dear reader! Today I want to share our fun journey creating a worksheet and lesson plan as a group work focusing on the verbs "get" and "take." Trust me, it was quite the adventure! The Task and Our Awesome Material So, what did we do? We designed a worksheet to help preparatory school students master the tricky differences between "get" and "take." Here's the scoop: we gave them a short story filled with blanks where they had to choose the right verb. But before diving into the story, the students did some detective work using a corpus (a big collection of texts) to see how these verbs are used in real life.
